The person behind Inflection.
Peter Kearney has spent over three decades at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organisational change.
Peter Kearney founded Inflection to bring together two strands of work he has pursued throughout his career: helping organisations navigate complex strategic challenges, and supporting individual leaders through the transitions that define their careers.
Over more than thirty years, Peter has worked with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders across a wide range of sectors — in Ireland, the UK, and internationally. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, led large-scale transformation programmes, and coached C-suite executives through some of the most demanding moments of their professional lives.
What distinguishes Peter's work is the combination of strategic rigour and genuine human warmth. He brings the analytical discipline of a senior strategist and the empathetic presence of an experienced coach — and he knows from experience that the two are inseparable when the stakes are high.
Inflection is the practice he built to do this work properly — with the depth of attention, the quality of thinking, and the candour that complex situations demand.

What 'Inflection' means.
An inflection point is the moment when a curve changes direction — when the trajectory of an organisation or a career shifts. These moments are often uncomfortable, sometimes unexpected, and always consequential. Inflection exists to help leaders navigate them well: with clarity, with confidence, and with the benefit of genuinely independent counsel.
